I took clients to this establishment for a special dinner, spent over $6k. Unfortunately, they kept my deposit ($1,200) and... charged me for the entire dinner. It’s been over a month and they have yet to refund me. May have to seek legal action to getmy money back. Food was good, not great. Highly recommend going someplace else, if you don’t want to get ripped off. Read more
We arrived at 3pm, when Morton's was nearly empty and had a long wait due to a distracted waiter, who was walking back and... forth from various tables and had to be summoned over to take our order. The waiter never returned after our food was deliveredto check the quality and when the manager saw we were finished eating, she came and asked how everything was. We informed herthat one of the entrees was cold when received, we ordered 4 sides and only received 2, and we ordered kid's cheeseburgers thatdid not have cheese. Although she replaced the cold entree, took the hamburgers back to the kitchen to have the cheese addedand credited our bill for the sides not received, Morton's charges too much money, not to provide excellent service and food. To top it all off, we were seated near the balcony where smoking was allowed! We were very shocked and displeased, because thesmoke smell interrupted our comfort and ruined our Mother's Day dinner. Always a very good experience with steaks grilled perfection and a great service. A special note for the Cajun ribeye as usual
I really liked the restaurant and its vibe. The service was great and fast. Our waitress, she was amazing. Drinks were tasty and... interesting. We didn’t like the Brussel sprout at all so we didn’t touch it, and we didn’t say anything. However ourwaitress realized it and she was kind enough to suggest and change it for us. We got the caesar salad instead which wasamazing!! For main course we ordered the dry aged bon in steak 18 oz to share. it was really tasty and good. However part of mysteak was burnt ( we ordered medium, which was really good medium) but not sure why part of was burnt! Also since we wanted toshare they cut it for us in advance and put their full butter on Top for each of us which was too much butter for half steak. Atthe end i wish it wasn’t burnt on outside (part of it) and i wish was less buttery. Still tasty though. Not to mention thelava cake was good too. Note 1. I didn’t know my plate is too hot so I touched it to move it and burned my finger! I wish theytold me it was hot. Note 2. Very average dining experience. Food was okay. Ambiance was good. Service was good. Nothing spectacular, but good. Parking... wasn't easy to find, but we finally realized that there was a parking lot across the street. Also it's on the second floor ofthe business building, not very visible from the outside.
