Mélange was great. No reservations were really needed. However, we did arrive on a weekday which may have impacted how busy... they were. Overall, their food was delicious. The burgers were juicy and the milkshakes are amazing! After we ordered we weretaken to our seats. The milkshakes came out quickly as well as our food. We ordered the classic burgers along with their yummychicken sandwich. Great atmosphere for children and families. Great service with seating indoors and outside. Read more
What a wonderful fancy hamburger place, the environment and area is beautiful. The style of the dining room is pretty and... relaxing, its a nice hamburger joint. The service is good and quick, its a self order type of in-door dining, so kind of niceto try something new. Double Cheese Burger: The burger is wonderful, the meat was cooked nicely and had a lot of juice, it wasalso very big, so one burger will fill you up. The seasoning and toppings was very complimentary. Coffee Milkshakes: This wasan awesome touch, the milk shake tastes exactly what you would expect. The ingredients are good quality as well, so you won'tget that generic sugary variety at most places. Read more
Highly suggest even though the front and inside look very bland. The menu seemed intriguing since they didn?t have a huge... selection of burgers to choose from. My thoughts were ?how can they make a burger that?s below average if they have only threeto choose from? Burger: 4.5/5 ?? The brown butter really set it apart from everything else. The burger was juicy and thetoppings didn?t over power it. I took a half star away because I believe it has mayo on it and I?m just not a fan ofthat. Fries: 5/5 ?? Crispy and not over fried. Shake: 5/5 ?? They have many uncommon flavors. I tried the PBJ w/ toast whichwas phenomenal. You can drink it as soon as it?s handed to you. It?s not super thick and it wasn?t a mix that was alreadymade. Staff: 5/5 ?? The staff seemed to be nice. They even brought our food and shakes outside to us instead of calling ourorder number. Really interesting concept of an Ethiopian-infused burger & chicken shop, but the flavors didn't come together enough for me.... Love that this place exists though, really cool, and some definite highlights for sure. I had the National fried chickensandwich, with spicy doro wat style fried chicken, kebe aioli, turmeric slaw, and I skipped the fried egg. It was good but notepic. I didn't really like how strong the turmeric flavor was, it kind of overpowered everything else. Definitely worth a try,and really well put together in terms of presentation. Their berbere fries were terrific, and if you like Old Bay on fries,it's got a similar smokey and tart spicy flavor to it. I loved their mocha shake, really delicious with coffee and chocolateice cream, cocoa paste, and whipped cream. Served in a classic fountain glass, really nice. Noticed this place for the first time. The signage got my attention as I rode by because I saw the word "Burgers". Once I got... closer and read the sidewalk menu, and photos through the window, saw they also offer milkshakes! So I decided I would order andsubsequently dined in. The burgers are okay, not bad but also not amazing. The national burger has an interesting taste, but not my favorite. It has... spicy doro wat style fried chicken, kobe aioli, turmeric slaw, and fried egg. The mushroom one is average. The milkshake has avery strong condensed milk flavor. Read more
