It's McDonald's. But everyone is so nice! We got an extra serving of fries in my grandson's Happy Meal. And one of the patrons,... who appeared to be a regular, helped not only us when we were looking for the bathroom, but helped a couple, too! Saw something very disturbing this morning 8/21/22. An individual came in there and does not seemed like first time since worker... new him. He was selling brand name shampoos soap etc for cash. The workers stopped serving and attended to the so called gooddeal on my guess stolen products. Owner look at your video at 10 to 1020am to see what happened. Read more
I have an paid order to pick up but they refuse to give it to me I guessing because I'm black and they are Latino.
4 stars... Fries were super fresh and that was great but my double cheese AND my 10 piece were luke warm. Dining room was mostly... clean but their were little friends flying around and you have to have quarters to use the bathroom!? Read more
So...let's get some cons out of the way first, its underground which is more of a personal preference not being able to see... outside as well as the customer service is a little average but could be the employees are going through a bad day. Onto thegood, fairly spacious with plenty of seats and is also clean from the looks of it, food could of been quicker but alot of orderswere coming through so did slow things down which is 100% fine and got my order in a timely manner (about 4-5 mins on thatday). Would come here again if I need something quick to chow down on. Read more
Even though this McDonalds is located underground in a big city, I was pleasantly surprised about the cleanliness of the place... and friendliness of the staff. They had a section for ordering, a section for picking up and a separate section for mobileorders. This layout eased the congestion caused by the lunching crowd. Read more
Excellent customer service,Very clean location , fresh coffee and hot hash brown, this McDonald has a biggest problem there is... no access for Handicap person with wheelchair and Kids with stroller. Its very convenient location just next to WoodleyPark/Zoo metro station ???? . Read more
I didn't like this restaurant because they wouldn't give me an orderly meal/order and thought it was funny yet I paid to get an... orderly meal. I had a deal of buy Cheeseburger or 10pc Chicken Nuggets and one free and large fries. After paying, waiting alittle bit of time, I went to pick up my order at the Pick up area. But they basically made my order while I was standing rightthere. She made the order as it was complete and waited till I started heading towards my seat, this evil employee called me outto go back and get the burger that she had refused to put in the bag to complete my order. When I asked, they were laughing atme jokingly and instead the employee asked if I was angry at them for refusing to serve as they were supposed to. I just toldthem that am used to it and normally I just get over it in seconds. However the restaurant was super clean that is why I gavethem 2 stars eventhough I didnt visit the bathrooms. All in all, I do not recommend this location of McDonald's at all, pleasestay away. Read more
