Purchased 2 lobster meal combo with chowder and drinks on 11/4 at around 6.20pm. Whilst the food was ok, when we finished our... meal we realised that the lemonade's use by date was 11/3. When brought to the attention to Chirstian the cashier (as perreceipt), he tried to fluff his way through saying that the date indicated was the 'sell by' date but the drink was stillconsumable for another week beyond that. His reasoning did not make sense at all because if the date on the bottle (11/3) wasindeed the 'sell by' date, then it should not be sold by the store at all (it was already 11/4). When asked if we could justchange it to a fresher lemonade, he claimed that they just received new stock for the lemonade, and that all the lemonade in thefridge had the same date. However not even a minute later he came by, snatched the half consumed bottle dated 11/3 out of mypartner's hands, and replaced it with a bottle with a use by date of 12/3 and quickly threw the bottle he snatched right intothe bin. No apology, no explanation, nor a word. This whole encounter turned our enjoyable meal into a negative one. Read more

Good for families with outside seating. The customer service was really friendly, and most important, the lobster roll was soooo... tasty. Crispy bread, well-seasoned meat, and a sauce that complemented but didn?t overpower the tender lobster. My kids likedthe grilled cheese and fries. Read more

Parking: There were street parking but only if you?re lucky. I recommend getting dropped off or walk there. I?m not from the... area and used Apple Maps to walk there. It was a bit of a struggle to find because the map directs you to the entrance on adifferent side of the block. Ambience: fast pace Service: 4/5 cashier was nice and friendly Food ordered: 5/5 I ordered the LukeTrio to get a little taste of everything. Overall: 5/5 The food portion was decent for its price considering it is seafood. Allthree in the order I loved the most Lobster, crab, shrimp were exceptional great! I would definitely return here if in the area. Read more

I first tried this restaurant in Boston and was excited to know they have locations in DC. I tried most of the popular lobster... roll places in Boston and this is hands down the best place to go. The lobster rolls here are just as good as in Boston. Tookmy customer here and they all loved it. Seems pricey at first but worth every penny. Highly recommended. Read more

I was realllly excited when Luke?s Lobster opened up a new ?shack? in Farragut because I love all things lobster. I'd heard... good things so I was pumped to try their food. FYI, This is their 4th location in DC, and it?s right next to the Farragut WestMetro. Must-tries include: 1. Luke?s Favorite ($20): A lobster roll (1/4 lb of chilled wild caught lobster in a split top bunwith melted lemon butter, mayo, and their secret seasoning, chips, and coleslaw. 2. Their Lobster Mac ?n Cheese ($15): Pastashells in a creamy, mascarpone-cheddar blend with tender chunks of lobser, toped with garlic herb breadcrumbs. 3. Their BreadBowl with Lobster Bisque ($14): Soup served inside a toasted sourdough bread bowl. 4. Their L.G.C ($13): Lobster & gruyeregrilled cheese. It's hard to pick favorites, but if I absolutely had to, I'd go with their LGC and their lobster bisque! Iloved their soup SO much! It was so rich and creamy, and I appreciated that it wasn't too salty. You'd think that'd be agiven, but most places go HAM on that sodium. The sourdough bowl was delicious - and I'm not one to ever pass on carbs - but ifyou?re looking to pass on bread, the bisque is $7 for a small and $11 for a large. Their lobster & gruyere grilled cheese wascrazy good, and it was quite possibly the best grilled cheese sammy I've had in the area. I pretty much inhaled this baby in 2minutes and could?ve easily downed another so definitely make sure to indulge. Think chunks of succulent lobster in meltycheesy goodness, sandwiched between buttery slices of bread. So much yum in my tum! Read more
