The food is good. I asked for Turkey Tom. I didn?t ask for a damn lettuce wrap. You all need to get you all order right!
Staff touched his mouth and didn't wash his hands. I asked him to wash him and he refused and called on a different person to... take my order . The lady came to the front and did the same thing . Smh , touched her mouth without washing her hands . Themanager came to the front , I enlightened him about the situation , the manager didn't even care that his employees didn't/isn't washing their hands after touching the mouth which has body fluids . Beware of going in this establishment , they don'twash their hands ,and that's very bad, especially , during a pandemic. Read more
I ordered the ?Totally Tuna Unwich? (no bread) everything wrapped in large lettuce leaves. The lettuce and other vegetables were... so fresh and clean. I requested extra lettuce, extra cucumbers, onions and tomatoes on my Unwich. So very delicious!!! I was soexcited eating my ?Unwich? since I?d been craving a tuna sandwich. Really disappointed in this location. Ordered a sandwich for delivery, explicitly requesting extra Dijon mustard, amongst other... ?extra freebies.? When it arrived, there was no Dijon. Simple mistake. I called and requested a remake. After passing around thephone three times and denying they even processed my order, the staffer miraculously found my order and proceeded to explain tome the meaning of ?EZ? and ?Extra?. She even asked the person who made the sandwich who stated she honored the special requests.When I asked how ?extra Dijon? results in no Dijon whatsoever, she finally agreed to send a new sandwich. The new sandwich wascorrect. The delivery was fast and the courier was friendly and apologetic. It shouldn?t be this difficult to get a correctsandwich. Read more
