Reviews for Grill Kabob in 1025 Vermont Ave NW #1, WA
I loved the sides I got - spinach, hummus + pita bread and fries, but am not a fan of the lamb gyro. I got the Gyro Platter and... the meat was sausage-fied (minced and formed to sausage-like strips) which I really do not appreciate. Gyro (and kebab/kabob)should be actual meat - normally grilled on a skewer, but I'd go with griddle fried if it were "real". I am not saying it is notreal lamb or meat, I just do not like the taste of the sausage-like mix and no one can tell how much meat actually is in it. Formy taste it was also not fried enough. A gyro or kebab should have some form of crusting. The rice (brown and white) and thesalad the platter came with were good. Read more

Great meal! One of the best places I've ever eaten kabob. Recommend to everyone!
If you're in town, and staying downtown this will be your go-to spot! They have a wide-variety to choose from. Lamb and chicken... #7 is my choice! But all the food is great; I usually substitute the salad with chic peas. This is a 5 star location!! Read more

My Wife and I visited VFS India for visa appointment. And we stopped by this place for lunch. And we are glad we did. The... atmosphere is nice clean and warm. Employees were pleasant, professional and welcoming. We order one chicken platter, and it wasflavorful and delicious. They offered generous portion that we two couldn?t finish. And very reasonable price being in DC.Highly recommend. Thank you for giving us pleasant experience. Would definitely stop again when we come to DC again. Read more
Seriously impressive, I am very critical when it comes to kabobs; but, for the price and quality of food you get you know no... conners were skipped. Look at the picture and enough is said. They won't reuse vegi always fresh and that sauces is on point. Igot the chicken and beef and going to be a repeating customer. Read more
Thought it was a bit over priced for what it is. Got the lamb kabob platter. The lamb was tender and flavorful but for$20 bucks... you only get a few pieces. The salad was a bit wilty, mostly iceberg lettuce with a sauce that they shouldn't call tzaziki. Verymayo heavy. I did like the green spicy sauce they give you. The pots was cold but really big piece. overall I think the food wasok but over priced. Read more
