Their toast, especially the avocado one, were really good. Would definitely order them again. Their acai bowls were not that... great. A little on the bland side and not much sweetness, but if too much sweetness isn't your thing then it's pretty average. Read more

Having come only to test their acai Bowl I am not disappointed. Unfortunately, there is not a huge selection of restaurants to... find this type of product in Washington DC. It is not explicitly written but can be found under the name antidetoxbowl. Forthe drink I took a hot tea, the choice is not huge but the royal tea was good. To finish I could also test the avocado toastand it is just as good as elsewhere but not better. Service was fast and kind. Read more

If you are a foodie and enjoy great tasting food that is organic...spend your money here!!! On my way to a conference I picked... up food for the week. It was my first time ever going here and after reading the reviews and checking out the ingredientsquality I decided to give it a try...THE FOOD WAS AMAZING!. I ended up trying almost every food item on the menu and it was allvery good. To top it off the customer service is spot on! I for sure recommend this location and am so glad a spot like thisexist! Cute shop with very little seating. I give three stars because the food wasn?t bad and it is healthy. However, my family and I... cannot get over how ridiculously priced it was. It?s just not worth it. That avocado toast should not be more than $12 for afull serving. And no smoothie should be $16 bucks with little to no flavor (and I speak specifically for the Dragonberrysmoothie). Will not be returning, but if you don?t mind overpriced goods, you?ll probably love it. Read more

Cute little café/breakfast and lunch spot perfect for visiting vegans. My friend and I stopped by for a lunch after traveling... in from NYC. I ordered the (small) harvest chili which was a huge portion. There were so many veggies, so much protein andnutrients, that I was full from that bowl alone. The flavor was savory and well spiced without being overpowered bytomatoes. My friend ordered the (large) southwest salad which she ate 1/2 of because of the huge portion. Also packed withnutrients and flavor. She also ordered a matcha latte which she didn't love, but I did, because it had a predominately oat milktaste. Plus she ordered the Tuscan kale wrap which neither of us ate then as we were too full. I however, ate it the next dayand loved all the textures from the fresh veggies combined with the softness of the wrap. 5 stars because of the customerservice; the food tasted good and we enjoyed the atmosphere. However if you are used to eating fried take out/fast food this isnot the place for you. Read more

We were walking around City Center and came across Fruitive on Palmer Alley and decided to give it a try. It's a small but cozy... place and offers a number of healthy plant based and vegan foods. I ordered antioxidant superberry bowl which came with freshdelicious blueberries, bananas, strawberries, and chia seeds. I also ordered a Strawberry Mango overnight oats to-go. I had itthe next morning for breakfast and it was super delicious and filling. Read more

Awesome place and friendly staff. The food is all amazing. I had the spicy salad and it was so full of flavor. I loved the... mangoes in it. Definitely will be coming back here regularly. The only thing is I wish their tea list had more details. I gotthe turmeric ginger and there was a lot of green leaves in it- perhaps green tea but not sure but it would be nice to know thefull content or at least if there?s caffeine or not in each tea.
