The Daily Grill was a random find- we were trying to find open brunch/lunch spots open in the DC area on a Sunday. It was a... challenge but when we stumbled upon this spot, we were pleasantly surprised! Service was quick, food was delicious- I had theclam chowder and chicken pot pie! Really good! There was a great selection of hot teas to choose from. I recommend if you’restaying at the hotels in the area. Read more
Just stopped in for appetizers and some drinks, a solid place to comfortably sit and chat. Food tasted fresh and menu has some... interesting options. Servers we had were kind and accommodating. I didn’t ask about gluten free options but I definitely sawsome options if you need that. Read more

I have eaten at the Daily Grill for quite a few years, and they always have great meals and service. I have not been here for a... couple years, but my recent visit was not the best - starting with the service. The greeter was not friendly, an neither was theserver. They served my food without utensils. The food was horrible - the wings tasted like it was cooked the day before, andwarmed up before they served it to me. The fish and chips - the fries weren’t bad, but the batter on the fish was over cookedand dried out. I did not dare try the coleslaw - it did not look fresh.
