It worth the price. The environment is good (just a little bit noisy). The quality of the food is super good. The oyster with... Japanese source is unique, but seems the sauce mask the oyster’s freshness. The eggplant confit is the best. Crispy Toto’smixes with soft eggplant as well as yellow caviar, which gives very unique taste. The unagi paella is amazingly, mixingJapanese and Spanish flavor. Read more

This place is worth the Michelin star that it received. A Japanese and Hispanic fusion restaurant was not what i thought I... needed, but it was my most satisfying meal in a while. The shrimp tempura and boa buns were some of the best I've ever had. Thetuna presentation and preparation was also amazing and delicious! Read more

The fusion of cuisine is well done. The dishes not only combine the cuisine but highlights both of them equally at times. The... best part of the meal was without doubt the Wagyu beef and the mushroom rice. The whole table agreed that they could've ordered3 more of those and been happy. The passion fruit dessert was also amazing and had great flavor. The staff was nice as well andgave us a complementary mini cake for my celebration dinner. Overall a really good meal. Read more

Cranes is a fabulous restaurant. I'm rather surprised that it has only one Michelin star. The decor when you walk in is... extremely modern with a muted color palette. There is also a textural quality to the decor with the wall with the pass beingdecorated with textured concrete. There is also whimsy with the wonderful variety of lighting fixtures. Grab a table in front ofthe kitchen pass if you can. This is a Spanish Japanese fusion concept. We went with the omakase and it was phenomenal! From theflavors to the textures the food was inventive and delicious. The beverage and wine list was great and we enjoyed a nice sake.Service was amazing and really enjoyed talking with the waitstaff. Definitely recommend! Read more

First time dining at a Michelin star restaurant did not disappoint. We did the omakase 10 course meal and had an absolute blast.... The dining experience itself was fairly typical except for the multitude of courses. The food was at times experimental/complexand at other times straight down the middle, designed to please. The balance was well-executed and we left extremely satisfied.Service was soft spoken but perfect. Quite filling as well, definitely go hungry! Read more

What an amazing experience ????! A few of us came for a weekend lunch and, instead of the Omakase, which would certainly have... been ????, we opted in for literally everything from the menu, minus three dishes we thought we wouldn't like. Everything wastop notch and the combinations the chef and his team make just ????. If you haven't visited and are reading this review, pleasereserve a spot, you will not regret it for a second! ?????? Read more

Wonderful dining experience here. We got the omakase with cocktails for dinner, and the flavors of every dish were amazing. My... favorite one would have to be the duck with a blueberry sauce on the side. The ambiance was great, and the service was good - ithad taken a bit of time before they took our orders, so they got us oysters on the house (which were delicious). We were thereto celebrate a graduation, and there was a hand-written note on the table for us, which was a nice touch. I’d come back againfor their happy hour and to dine again. Read more

Spectacular food. My husband and I did the omakase which was 6 course meal and 3 course dessert. The food’s flavor, texture,... freshness, aesthetics—everything was great. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. We shared a sparkling sake this time and Idon’t typically like sake but that was actually really yummy too. Would love to try out their cocktails next time!
