I really wanted to like the place, but due to the service and cost, I would never dine here again. We had a reservation and... arrived here about 5 mins early. The place was not busy, but it took a long time for them to clean a table and it took severalminutes to seat us after we arrived. We sat for 20 minutes before someone even came to us to order our drinks. Throughout ourstay it took a long time for our food to come out. The food itself was pretty good, but I feel like the presentation could havebeen better. The thing that shocked me the most was the price. There was a sign that advertised a frozen watermelon margaritaso my friend and I got that. They then told us that they didn’t have watermelon and asked if strawberry was okay. The receiptshowed that I was charged $15 for the margarita, an additional $1.5 for watermelon flavoring and $5 for tequila. We didn’teven order top shelf tequila. Also the add ins for the crab mukbang were ridiculously overpriced. I could have dined at a betterquality restaurant for the same price as what I spent here. If you still decide to go here, I would recommend getting somethingfrom the regular menu such as the pasta or tacos and definitely skip the drinks. Read more
False advertising: I went there based on the menu. Was excited about tasting the fried rice, but unfortunately, they didn't have... it. It gets a 3 star rating because everything I did order was good minus the hush puppies I never got. The people who boughtthe food to our table didn't wear masks. We had to constantly ask for water. ???? Long Post alert ???? ?? Best Food ever?? ???? HENNYRITA SUB HENNY WITH DUSSE I visited Crab boss MLK weekend and it was an... awesome experience. This was my 2nd time visiting and by far the best out of the two. I’m from Houston and I came in November,service was horrible but the food was great. Fast forward to January and baby everything was great from the vaccination cardrequirement to Debron as our server. Debron was an excellent server which I notice DC lacks. I’m from Texas so I’m big oncustomer service and hospitality and she did just that and I appreciate her for making us feel welcomed. The food was great Ihad the Boss fries like I did last time along with catfish sandwich which was perfect. I also got the watermelon Hennessy butwith D’Usse and it was so good I was definitely feeling it ????????.I’m supposed to come back to DC in the Spring and I lookforward to visiting this restaurant again. I got Shrimp and Mussels with Cajun corn and Mac and Cheese. I stopped in to order and received my food pretty quickly. Although... they did forget my Mac and cheese but were more than happy to fix the mistake when I went back in. Super pleasant staff. Musicis a bit louder than most places; you kind of have to project when talking to whoever you’re with; but luckily we weren’tstaying longer than it took to order and wait for our food. Y’ALL?? Let me tell you’ll about Crab Boss ???? The ???? Hennessy ????-AMAZING?? The ???? Boss ????-SUPERB, SO MUCH ????... meat?? The ???? Po’Boy & ???? Sandwich-BUSSIN’?? Our server, Babran was exceptional. Drinks were flowing and sheanticipated every need. The owner, Lenell is super nice & treated us like family. Good music. Excellent food. Issa Vibe?? The mukbang bowl was delicious. It was so much food and seasoned well. Our waitress, Dabran was great and checked on us often.... Will definitely recommend to my friends as a place to visit in DC. Read more

First time here with a friend and wasn’t what we expected. First thing first it’s 5 FLIGHT OF STAIRS, could be more lol!... That part for my older crowd. We placed order drinks for the bucket but no bucket ????, waiter says you will just get two drinksit equals out to what the bucket is, OK.( Took forever to come)!!! Next my friend orders the crab fries, she wasn’t pleasevery salty. They had a DJ, that part was nice. We order a hookah which is $50 (Pricey) but ok, Hookah is by separate vendor theysay. I ordered the jerk pasta was a little spicy for me but tasted OK but still on the salty side. Waitress was nice but sheseemed overwhelmed because she had to keep apologizing for the slow service.
