all of their sauces are meh or bad. pulled pork is nothing to write home about but fine. brisket is good but they trim all of... their fat and sell it to you in the per pound container. sliced is fine. pretty upset to pay $27 for fat trimmings. Read more
Three of us had dinner at Cinder yesterday. One ordered 1/2 rack of ribs, and didn?t share?Enuf said. But she did insist I taste... her Brussels sprouts, which she knows I detest. Dang, they were delicious! And so were our two orders of dry-rubbed wings, abouta pound worth per, some very crispy, thin fries and an order of mac n cheese. They have a limited selection of IPAs, and tho I?mnot big on them, our server suggested one that was just fine, so kudos to her for the assist.
