Didn’t have any expectation for the roasted chicken here but it turned out to be 100 times better than the ones in the grocery... store. The 1/2 dark meat was very juicy and full of flavor. We also went back for the second time and got the whole chicken butthe breast part wasn’t as good. So would rather get 2 * 1/2 dark meat. Read more
Went on a Saturday night and a decent time. I did not try the food, but the drinks and "speakeasy" was a great twist. Drinks are... kinda pricy but that's expected with the area and the the bar in the back gets really packed at night. A live DJ was on sight,music was loud, bartenders where on their game, and the place was packed. 4/5 because they should figure out their vibe. Youhave a bouncer at the door of the speakeasy but then there's no dancing there. Overall nice experience. Read more
Got the Mac n cheese with pulled chicken. Food was overpriced for what you get. The bowl came with one tiny plantain and I was... hoping for a little more. The jalapeños could have been roasted or grilled to provide flavor. Probably won’t be back becauseit cost $15 for a little meal. Food was good though. Read more
Can’t say I’m a fan but the location is prime - I don’t really taste any difference between a standard rotisserie chicken... at Costco versus this but yet the price is 4 times as much with half the portions. Drinks were quite expensive as well for aplace without service. The Mac and cheese was alright but felt like nothing special and the salad was darn boring! Read more
We had been passing by this place for a while, and decided to check it out. The chicken here was sooo juicy and tender, it was... melting off the bone !! We ordered the half chicken and it gave us a breast and leg. Even the breast was so juicy it wasamazing. Peruvian rotisserie chicken just hits differently compared to Costco rotisserie. We also got two sides and got the Yucafries and the vinegar based salad that reminded me of kimchi. A great palate cleanser between chicken bites. The Yuca fries weresolid steak fries and with the two salsas they gave us, were vessels to transport the salsa flavor to our mouths. I waswondering what the whiskey part was because there was no alcohol, but then I saw that in the back there was a bar! The bar waslittttttt. Not worth the money you spend.... First time I have been here. First of all, menu was a little confusing. Took us a few mins to... figure it out. Then they got my order wrong. Asked for a wrap and they made a wrap but nit the one I asked for and didnt noticeit untill I pay for it. I have tried a lot of pollo chicken places around and I cant rank the food taste in the top when compareit with other Pollo resturants. Thats why I said this place is not worth the money. Then the sides. Got the Yuca as side andthey served 5 pieces(counted) of yuca for $4. Whiskey and beer including cocktails is a nice touch. I wonder how they have thiskmuch higher ratings. Best chicken I ever tasted. Very flavorful and juicy. Different from grocery store rotisserie chicken, the flavor penetrated... very well to the deepest part of the meat. Recommend getting the whole chicken and try the black beans side as well. The blackbeans are soaked in spice juice and has a delightful soft texture to it. Mac and cheese is good too! Read more
