Warm food, very attentive staff, accurate order, everything I needed on a busy, hungry night!
I?m going to be pretty honest. This location is a big letdown when you compare it to any other Chick-fil-A. The inside is... dirty. I?ve never met a nice employee. And, not once has my ubereats order from here been fully correct. This place needs anoverhaul. Read more

2nd worst Chick-Fil-A in DC - 1st place goes to the Dupont Circle location. Staff is not friendly here, actively ignores you... after you've placed your order, almost as if they don't care anymore now that they've got your money. There's also no order atall, why give out someone's food first - then have you wait 10 extra minutes for your drink? Needs to be fixed. Read more
My food came super fast even though the line was all the way to the door. They have fast service and the location is relatively... clean considering the traffic at this place. Staff is friendly and always willing to help! And the manager is very generous! Read more
Plenty of seating. The food is always good. Inside of Petworth shopping center. Target, best buy, model, bed bath and beyond and... Marshals. Starbuck inside the of target and one across the street. Read more
Clean restaurant and mildly - friendly staff. The location is busy but there is ample seating and the line moves quickly. Waffle... fries were not up to the standard I expect at Chick-fil-A (i.e. pipping hot and crispy). However, the sweet Sirachi sauce isamazing. Read more
The girl taking our order was nice, that was about it. I waited for the order for 20 minutes and I watched at the counter. There... was a solid 10 minutes that went by before they put a single meal out for anyone waiting. The food was ready and sitting on thecounter, but the girl working on putting into bags just stood around until two guys came to help her. I know it?s DC but dang Iexpected at least a tiny bit of quality from a Chick-fil-A. No idea how this locations has anything above a 2 star rating. Read more
