It's not bad but for $13 you can do much better.
The food was fine, but customer service is definitely lacking. Some friendliness goes a long way. Our food was promptly... prepared, and served accurately. Overall good tasting too, but I likely wouldn?t return due to the lack of friendly staff. Read more
The staff was rude, said they were closed fifteen minutes before closing time, and nearly knocked down my kid impatiently... slinging tables through the doorway. Probably dodged a bullet, because if they don't care about people, they probably don'tcare about what they're feeding them. Read more
They might as well close this place down or hire a completely new staff. I've never experienced such rude customer service... before. The little girl who took my order was on her phone the entire time texting with the nastiest attitude possible, which iscrazy because she said like maybe 5 words to me. She didn't give me a receipt or offer me one so I never knew I was waiting fora number to be called. Long story short my food sat there for like ten minutes until they called the actual order out. When Igot my food I was disgusted. My tacos were literally so soggy the bag was dripping with juice. I was visiting so I'm never goingback regardless but no one else should have to experience that. Unprofessional, unfriendly, horrible service and food. The employees taking our order was not paying attention and entered the... wrong food. When I explained that they made a mistake they made fun of the situation and us with the other workers and made usfeel uncomfortable! Well this is the first time we have seen a California Tortilla. Looking at the menu, we decided to try it. The family has a new... favorite spot. The food was excellent, service was good. The restaurant was very clean and well kept. I had one of the limitedtime shrimp bowels. It was sweet, hot and very delicious. It was very average at best. You probably won't be disappointed, but it's no Moe's or Chipotle to say the least.
