I would have liked to give this place more stars, but a few hiccups left me no choice, but give them a solid 3.5 stars We were... really exited in celebrating my husband's birthday with our children here. It's the first family trip and celebration in arestaurant since the pandemic. First, the atmosphere was great and the food would have been perfect if they were not bland,where we were expecting more flavors and too salty in other areas. We appreciate how family friendly it was! They have kidsmenu, but I can't recall the age limit. We were warmly greeted and I thought were off on a great note. The main server was niceand gave recommendations, but only when asked. He did not take initiative so it was a bit odd for us. The assisting servers, onthe other hand, were awesome! They were very attentive (ie. Refilling glasses before it ever went empty and paying attentionthat I was still on sparkling water and great with the kids). Speaking of sparkling water.... I've never been to a place thatup charged it for about 1000%; no exaggeration. It was $11 for a bottle. My husband enjoyed the "marry me honey" drink beforethe meal and the red wine with the steak. I have to agree the fries were delicious! It was odd that we were not offered thegarlic bread. I wouldn't have known that we could have some until I saw other tables served them and thought it was odd to havea bread plate, but not offered bread. It was only when I asked one of the assisting servers that we were served since bread,which my husband enjoyed. I, on the other hand, found that it wasn't great. I thought the idea was neat, but it was not soft asI thought it would be (like a cinnamon roll). The table side preparation of the tuna tartare was a nice touch and it lookedelegant prior to being mixed. We both felt it was underseasoned and could use a touch of citrus. An amazing dining experience. Being a Friday night, a full restaurant and busy busy busy, it did not stop the amazing staff,... from the assistant general manager, my server Sandy to the buser, taking time to greet, serve and check in on this lone diner.Truly giving it a touch of class with a seasonal menu, mouth watering food and wine to match, relaxing ambiance and service witha personal touch. Everything that I ordered was just incredibly delicious! I had a 6 oz wagyu steak from Washington with a caesar salad. They... greatly helped me to pick the steak and wine. I chose Italian San Lorenzo Sangiovese, I could really taste grapes in it! Lovedit! Also, their fries are complimentary but oh my God how delicious it is!!! Three different types of fries with differentsauces. And the bread comes complimentary as well. I enjoyed my every bite and the place. I spent time in the Spa, so I washungry, when asked for a reservation, they were all booked outside but they offered a table inside or a fire pit seating. As Iwanted to sit outside, I chose the fire pit, it is a lower table but still comfortable. They were very nice to accommodate mewith what I wanted. The steak and salad were there in 10 minutes! I really recommend this restaurant and will be back again, forsure. The place is pricey but really worth a queen’s experience. There are also more and less pricey options for wine andfood. They also have seafood options: raw oysters, towers, shrimps, salmon, swordfish steak, etc. Unfortunately, they didn’thave asparagus or green beans, I prefer those with steak, I like greens, so the server suggested small caesar salad, which Ithought was a great idea. Great steak and the sides like the truffle macaroni and cheese as well as the asparagus were perfect compliments. Expect to pay... the price for the food you'll get here, but worth it if you're looking for a good cut of steak. The service was also veryfriendly and patient with our group while we met with customers. The only thing I feel they could improve would be theatmosphere. Seems a tad dated, but overall great location being in Georgetown. Also though, that means you'll want to come on aweeknight for parking close by, valet, or ride-share. Read more

Great service from Aaron and the entire waitstaff was pleasant and attentive. The steak, duck fries and Cocktails were superb;... the shrimp cocktail was good, but a bit overcooked prior to chilling. Had an incredible dinner here, and the entire evening was epic from start to finish. We grabbed a couple of drinks at the bar.... Highly recommend the Yo, You Got Beef: Wagyu fat-washed bourbon with Cocchi vermouth, served smoked (it's a high end Manhattan).Their duck fat fries with a trio of seasonings and sauces are great to nosh on, too. When we sat down at our table, we kickedit off with the tuna tartare, smoked bone marrow, shrimp cocktail, and the Caeser salad as starters and then for our mains, weindulged in 4 oz of the sanuki A5 (epic) and the 7x ribeye and the snake river farms filet, seared, sliced and served toperfection. Good steaks and great service. Fries were pretty average at best. Our steak knives were dull as butter knives. We asked for... replacements, and we got equally dull knives. Good thing the steaks are tender, but not a good steaks for a steakhouse not toinvest in new knives or at least sharpen them. Dessert was amazing! Read more
