One of my favorite light lunchbox in DC. They basically have a do it yourself rice, noodle, and or salad bowl with a south east... Asian flair. A.k.a. dressings are more fish sauce and acid-based which is delicious and refreshing but still flavorful. Thefirst time I visited I believe it was one of the owners who was working the front so there was a bit more love in the salad thanmy recent visit but the employee helping me this time was still really friendly. The chicken salad is always a winner and youcan choose how spicy you want it. They also have an array of vegan dressings and different protein options or even a chickpeacurry if you are looking different. The star of my visit this time was the butter semolina Cake. This thing was so soft andcreamy with a warm fatty syrup soaked throughout. And the nuttiness and slight texture from the semolina really works in thiscake.
