On several occasions I have visited this Naugatuck location & the SERVICE IS THE WORST I have ever had. I was standing at the... counter ready to purchase & I am completely ignored. Then the cashier has the nerve to Take care of a person that walks up tocounter. Clearly they cannot see me. Then I try to use a gift card. The rude obnoxious cashier would not even type the numbersin to check the status of the card she just said it was no good. When I checked the card it was all good with a $50 balance. Ido realize it is tough to find help these days but with help like this you will have no business. You have definitely lostmine. BEWARE! Read more
You used to taste vanilla but now taste milk. Very skimping on ice cream and only received a few shots. Asked foe Oreo and got... cookie dough. Is anyone listening? Read more
My family loves going here. The banana foster is my favorite but they carry an assortment of flavors. Plus they have different... toppings to give you an explosion of flavors for your mouth if you choose hard or soft ice cream. Read more

Great Ice cream and quick service. The Carvel Ice cream shop is in the same restaurant as G Burgers, they share the same seats,... etc. They offer a bunch of already made treats as well as large selection of Ice cream Cakes and they do take ice cream cakeorders. They are not stingy on their ice cream either, so you get a good bargain for the price. Read more
