If u want a quick bite for Japenese food, it's so much faster here at Plaza Bonita!! I ordered the Japanese Bento. There is so... much food in it, and comes with 4 small slices of sushi and Gyoza, too! The vegetables were fresh! It was delicious and cleantasting! Hubby got the rock and roll and soda and my hunk of a hubby was truly full! What I liked is that i didnt have to waitlong. The cooks were fast and efficient! I'm from the east coast, where this chain is most popular. And I'm so glad there is at least one location in San Diego. It is... the best chicken teriyaki plates I've ever had for less than $10. Sarku is my favorite Japanese food and it?s Beef Bento

I just love Sarku's chicken teriyaki so much. I can either order the chicken teriyaki with noodles instead or rice, or with just... veggies (no rice, no noodles) and always pay extra for double chicken, it's worth it. Or sometimes I'm in the mood for the Bentobox with noodles instead of rice because it comes with sushi which obviously already has rice, and also pay for the extraportion of chicken. Love this place.
