This is my first time at this location. I decided to dine in with my kids. The girl who took the order was nice when we... arrived and took the order. But she let me know it would be like 5-10 minutes wait for the chicken nuggets. We waited about 10minutes and when our order came out there was only 2 napkins on the tray for 4 people! That was super stingy and I had to goback to that girl there was only 2 napkins on the tray for all of us and she seemed annoyed and gave me only 8 more. Were theyalways so stingy here? Then i asked for 3 bbqs to go with the fries for our combos and she said they charge 27 cents each. Ibought them but idk why they are being desperate like Mc D's for money. I prefer other restaurants that give their customersfree sauce or 2. Food was so so because the chicken sandwich was actually small with small fried fillets. Would have beenbetter if I went to a Wendy's but unfortunately there is none around here. Read more

The superior Popeye's. Food is always fresh and the workers are nice. I get the $5 shrimp box deal and it is... delicious!!! Update: Went back again for more shrimp months later and the girl at the counter recognized me! ?? STILL thefreshest hottest Popeyes you will ever get. And the girls were giggling and happy together. Food was fresh. Service was good. Food was ready quickly. Of course we got the spicy chicken, which is our favorite.

My first review ever for any food location. Absolutely disgusting, corporate you need to fix this location. The chicken was... somehow chewy and the breading was just mush and I ate it not even 5 minutes after being served. Help this place please. Read more

I finally had one of those "Famous" Chicken sandwiches that made the news, ruined traffic and a couple lives. My thoughts... It... was very tasty! I got the spicy version as is my preference with Popeyes chicken. It was very juicy and flavorful. I would getit again especially with lots of the sauce they use. You can see from the picture I ate the whole sandwich. But... It didn'tchange my life and ruin all other chicken sandwiches for all time. I liked it. Very much. If I saw even a line I would just moveon though, don't get into a mile long cue for this. Plus this Highland Ave location was very nice and the service was polite andhelpful. As a general complaint I will say that charging for sauces is a horrible trend with all restaurants, including Popeyes. Read more

Nice, clean, attention to the customers, I had to wait for.my strips to be made fresh for about 15 minutes but I didnt mind, the... manager keept updating me and I would argue that she had them made specially for.me because they where extra good, extra crispy,I will definetly come back. Read more

Popeyes has never let me down in terms of quality, I love everything about them, the cashiers are always very friendly and as... long as I've been going here I have never had a problem with an order. My only complaint is the BBQ sauce limit, that beingsaid, I am known to use an excessive amount of BBQ sauce so the average customer shouldn't have a problem with one or two.Enjoy! Read more
