We have been going there for 3 consecutive years to celebrate our daughter's birthday. First couple years were pretty good. This... last time (October 22) was horrible. Staff seemed to all have bad attitudes, and the manager that was pretty cool in the pastjust had a very pompous attitude. When we were asked to move out of an area, he was very condescending in the way he asked. Mindyou, I have no problem doing things that I am asked to do, as long as it is done respectfully. They were worried about us usingtables, when the place was empty! Once again, don't mind moving, but the way they carried themselves that day convinced us tobreak our little tradition and seek a better and more courteous location to celebrate our daughter's birthday. May not mean muchto them losing our business, but it makes me feel better that we will not throw our money away on abysmal customer service. Read more

We went for the all-you-can-eat special. Salad, breadsticks, spaghetti, alfredo noodles, and of course pizza! Kept pizza... available for the whole time we were there. Lots of tables so it didn't feel crowded. Good eats! Read more

Decided to take my 2yo here on a whim. I had never been, but always seen it off the highway and wanted to try it out. It was... around noon on a Wednesday, so I figured it wouldn?t be busy. There were only three small families when we walked in. I paid forthe buffet for myself and 100 tokens for $25. I guess my child ate free because I only paid about $38, the tokens and the $10buffet fee for myself. My little one had the spaghetti and I ate a salad and a slice of pizza. Not the best I?ve eaten, but okaypizza. The salad was generic and no cheese out, but I got olives and some dressing. The whole facility was nice and clean, fromthe bathrooms to the arcade. Some of the games weren?t working, but I didn?t mind since they didn?t interest my child anyway. Many of the games were 1-2 tokens, my toddler really enjoyed riding the Clifford and Ice Cream Truck machines and playing theGum Drop and coin pusher games. We didn?t seem to get as many tickets as I?d have thought, around 3-4 unless you hit a jackpot. We did end up with 1046 tickets though because I played some games when my little one was busy on the rides, haha. The prizeselections were great and we came away with a big art set and some smaller lollipops and bracelets. We spent about 2 hours here. Overall, a great experience and I?d definitely recommend trying it out. I will be a regular from now on. Read more

Well we only came here for the Roller coaster Ride but they are no longer have it. Sucks. So the token that I kept before the... pandemic. Just spent it playing other games and most of them is broken or not working. Read more

I absolutely love this place since I was a child in El Paso TX. I was super excited that there was one in San Diego. However,... today I arrived 1.5 hrs before closing and employees were already vacuuming. The pizza we ordered was delicious and hot. Butonce we got up to ask for to go boxes no one was at the counter. Employees were locking doors, cleaning arcade games (even whilekids still played on them). Soon we all got up and left. It felt odd. Read more
