Up until now all the food has been good and the portion sizes from this place have matched the portion sizes of all other... Chipotles I've been to in several different cities. However today, Saturday about 5:00 pm, I picked up three burritos I orderedonline, the same burritos I always order from all Chipotles and the burritos WERE SO SMALL. A little messy. Every time time I?ve come, we?d appreciate a little more cleanliness please. And any other chipotle I?ve gone to... they give you a good sized portion of food. This one seems to skimp a bit. There?s always fresh food coming off the grill whenI come in so that is a plus. I?d suggest to management you hire more people so your store would be cleaner. I got very bad stomach cramp later that evening after lunch. But I have a strong belly. So it was just a painful burn. ????

Poor service and rude. I ordered over the app. The app was malfunctioning on their end which they knew of all day but still took... the order and billed my card (I had a confirmation number and pick up time) She made me a bowl and then insisted on charging mefor a second bowl stating I had to call customer service for a refund. Their new chicken burrito was pretty and only con was that it fell apart rather quickly. I ordered through the app that was easy... enough to do. I was in and out of the restaurant for my pick up to go order quickly. I found a 15 minute parking spot right outfront that was convenient and fortunately as this parking lot area gets pretty busy. The staff was nice but my burrito... I couldn't finish it. Way too much hot sauce. Don't get me wrong. I love spicy shtuff but... when the spiciness takes away from your taste buds what the food itself should taste like then it takes away from theexperience. It was really doused in it.
