Fast & friendly. Went in for a sweet treat today. Was kinda busy, people constantly in and out. However, the employees were... helpful & knowledgeable. The girl who took my order was friendly & efficient. Kinda hard to hear inside with a mask on, but theservice was great. Asian girl there extremely rude. Then I asked for kids cones and she puts them in cups and has attitude when asked to put in a... cone like I asked for. Getting an ice cream should be enjoyable and a good experience not feeling rushed and lack of customerservice. If you're getting ice cream in National just go to Neiderfranks where you cant go wrong. I go there on the daily, every time I come in I?m greeted well and everyone is busy helping customers which is nice to see. The... wait usually isn?t long and customers seem very satisfied. The ice cream is bomb and it?s good that they let you try all theflavors before your final decision. This asian girl who works there usually helps me, she?s really nice. Just wanted to share my experience about this location. The staff was EXTREMELY friendly and very helpful. The inside was... getting kind of crowed when we were leaving but it didn't take from their customer service. Not going to say to much just willlet me awesome picture do the talking LOL its a banana split with strawberry cheese cake caramel turtle truffle and Oreos &Creame with both caramel and chocolate sauce whipped cream and nuts.
