What a disaster. I called in an order for a birthday cake. The employee sounded like he was walking on the 805. He had no... clue what he was doing. I had to tell him the size, shape and flavor of the cake 3 times and he still didn't comprehend. Itold him I would like it ready on Saturday the 20th and he said, "Yes, it will be ready on Saturday the 21st."
