Their cakes are not fresh. The fruits were already going bad even though we ate it the same day we brought it home. Cream... wasn’t very good either. Maybe it’s just this Natick location, since it seemed pretty dead. I wouldn’t recommend gettingcakes from here. Read more
I love these cakes but today I drove an hour to this location and when I got home and tried the Blueberry yogurt cake it was... sooo soo dry! There was no cloud feeling in that cake at all. It’s disappointing because I got $50 worth in cakes. Consistencyand quality keep loyal customers around. Read more
I am always stunned at the horrible customer service here. Maybe we should tally up the bad customer service reviews and see if... there is a trend somewhere. It’s unfortunate because their stuff is ok but my daughter loves it and doesn’t want anythingelse (I am pleading for her to get a cake at another custom store that makes cakes starting at 200, but she wants this). Unfortunately, I was not impressed with my latest trip to here. I've been purchasing cakes here for special occasions for years... now but this time it was pretty bad. I picked up a cloud cake for my 10 year anniversary and you could taste that the cake wasnot fresh. I also asked if there was kiwi since my wife was allergic and the person said no but when I brought it home, therewas kiwi. Overall, I'm very disappointed and now I have to think about whether or not to purchase from here for the next specialoccasion. Read more
