The cheesecake factory is one of those places that never fails to deliver. The quality of food is always top notch and their... cheesecakes are just mind-blowing. The one thing I'll say about The Cheesecake factory is that the wait time is simplyridiculous. If you want to eat there, make sure you make a reservation before going or by the time you're seated, enough timewould have passed you by that you'd need to be reintegration into society. Honestly pretty disappointed. We were waitlisted 1.5 hrs which is ok but then after we were seated, it took 45 minutes for us to... get our food after the appetizer came out?that?s a pretty long time. The fried calamari was good which is why I gave a two star.The honey chicken was so bland and the crust fell off as soon as I started cutting it with the knife. Either the batter was notwell made or it was sitting out for a long time and it was microwaved. The other foods my family got were pretty oily as well.During our time here, the servers also changed shifts and our original server didn?t even come tell us that. I?m don?t like towrite negative reviews but I?m writing it in hopes that things will improve at this location. The best thing for me was probablythe complimentary bread. Read more
Took 2 hrs to have a meal here. Thank God we had a reservation other wise there was a 50 minute wait for a table. The waiter was... training a new girl, the 2 of them were great. The carrot cake was absolutely fabulous Read more
I love that as a walk in you give them your number to be paged when your table is ready. The mall location is just right for... such a service! Gorgeous architecture, clean space, fantastic food and the service-Phenomenal! Read more
We sat outside, very nice place in the schade. And although it is at the side of the parking lot, there was no traffic and lots... of greenery there. The food was good, grilled salmon ceasar salad and for dessert Tiramisu. Very good original recipe andtaste, the whipped cream really was not needed. Very nice server. Read more
Went to the Cheesecake Factory in Natick for dinner this evening and had a super experience. The food was well prepared and... exactly what I expected. The server, Jessica I think, was fantastic, friendly and attentive. The place was busy, but theservice was humming and all their work made the ambiance quite nice. Took some pieces of cheesecake home and my goodness theywere delicious. I happily recommend this restaurant. Read more
Service is good and attentive. I enjoyed the fried fish tacos, with Mexican spiced rice and hearty black beans. My wife loves... the chicken Madera. The have a wide variety of cheesecake and a few other selections for desserts. Read more
It's a typical Cheesecake Factory and there was nothing to rave about. Plenty of parking is available but be ready to walk a... distance since most spots are occupied - always an issue with parking in a mall. Ordered the meatloaf. Flavor was good but itwas definitely not the best meatloaf that I've tried. Our waitress was very pleasant and ensured our order was to oursatisfaction. Pricing : Moderate. Will I return? : Yes, considering it's a chain and we look for easy options especially whentraveling. Read more
