Unhappy experience here. I order two grande Brown sugar oat milk espresso without ice. They offer me only half cup of drink... because I order no ice drink. This is first time I got half cup because of that. At least you can put some water in if you thinkoat milk is too expensive to full the cup. I never have same experience in other store. I didn?t see other half cup drink forother customers. I think because I?m Asian so they do it on purpose. I won?t order in store anymore. So disappointed about it. Read more
I had a fresh brewed English Breakfast Tea Iced. Was told it would take 5 mins, I wasn't in a rush. Iced tea was very good, but... no lemon wedges. And I had to ask for more ice. Pleasant atmosphere. Barrister very nice. Read more
If the people here just weren't sooo nice I would give this place 1 star... they always mess up specialty drinks ALWAYS... if... you have a customized drink don't. 1st time my friend is lactose litterally asked for oatmilk and they put regular in she spentthe day on the toilet after 1 sip.(yes she that lactose intolerant). If litterally watched them put regular syrup inside ofsomething that clearly said sugar free... ???? and I get they always have new employees but seriously... I come every Saturday and and the staff is super kind! Never made my order wrong, which is very appreciated.
The staff here is so friendly and funny. I love seeing the "Dad joke of the day". A few favorite drinks of mine are the Chai tea... Latte and the mocha cookie crumble Frappuccino. Some food that I get are the berry trio parfait, rolled and steal cut yogurt,and the bacon gouda & egg sandwich. Read more
Great Starbucks, friendly baristas, super clean, and the staff is pretty well trained/good at training. Drinks are always right... for me here! Lots of parking too which makes this my go to over the other options in Natick/Wayland/Wellesley. Read more

This Starbucks can?t seem to get all the items in the bag when you place orders. The ?management? on duty could care less when... you call them. When ordering through Uber eats they refuse to call Uber eats back to get them to deliver, and instruct you tocall Uber eats which is impossible! So to get your drinks you have to order again and pay the delivery fee again! There is noexcuse for the complete lack of customer service! Read more
