Ordered a med ice caramel swirl regular and a bacon egg and cheese on a sesame bagel. Coffee was made wrong with no caramel and... the sandwich was not toasted. These are all standard practice. Very nice workers. But just make the orders right Read more
Current management has worked really hard to onboard people with drive and the team is working really well together! In the past... couple of months, their service has picked up and even when there's a long line you know that the people behind the counter aredoing all they can. I don't normally review a fast food joint like Dunks, but this one stood out yesterday. We needed a quick bite cuz Bill's pizza... was closed for 2 weeks and we didn't have time to go elsewhere. Normally you get what they got to offer at Dunks, but I kindlyasked the staff member to modify my sourdough sandwich a little, swapping regular bacon for the black pepper bacon. Worst customer service ever! Ordered a Lg iced regular coffee. Got back to the car and it tasted like no sugar was added. Shook... up, stirred, still tasted horrible. Went back in & asked for sugar. Girl argued that she made it correctly and wouldn?t givesugar. REALLY!! Manager got involved, still no sugar, and now no coffee because they took it back, conversing in hushed tones,presumably about how to handle my absurd request. Tired of waiting I asked for my money back. $4 which was $3 and change for tip(wasn?t gonna give a tip for something I didn?t get. Manager argued that as well, finally counting out the $4 in a huff.
