I only just started going to this Dunkin at the start of this week and the first 3 days were great, last 2 days not so much.... Coffee tasted off and wasn?t made right yesterday and today I am missing half of my food order but I was charged for it at thewindow. The person at the window seems to have a habit of not giving you your receipt every time which is troublesome. The first3 days were great though so hopefully it?s just an off couple days. Read more
Fastest DD drive-thru I've ever experienced, but the main reason that I'm reviewing a Dunkin Donuts, is that hopefully the... franchisee will see this message: Whatever this location does to make its bagels NEEDS to be instituted chain-wide. Dunksbagels have never been anything to write home about (except the sour cream and onion! bring it back!), but this particularlocation is on par with higher end bagel shops. Seriously GREAT bagels. Normally they have been fine, recently my orders have been wrong more frequently (minor things like forgetting sweetener). Today... they gave me one of my two coffees with a lid not fully attached that promptly spilled as soon as I set it in my car, then aftergetting the coffee remade I realized not only was the remade coffee incorrect, but the other original coffee was too. I had an amazing experience. The employers are super nice, I saw one come out from behind the counter to "deliver" a hot... breakfast sandwich to a mom who was wrangling her 3 kids! I thought that was very nice of them. Anyways I give them 5 stars forserving me hot fresh coffee and donuts! You know the donut is good when you get a taste of filling with the first bite! Read more

Staff seem a tad stressed. They are nice. Need to concentrate and get orders right.
