Terrible customer service. Waited an hour and a half for a delivery order that never came. Waited another 15 minutes on the... phone only to be told it got delivered to the wrong address and we would have to wait for them to recook. Get it together.Terrible. Read more
Made me hate pizza hut first the put pineapple on my pizza when the order clearly said banana peppers then I ordered again on... the app and was in the parking lot when the app said my order was ready so when I drove around they said my order was coming outnow and I didn't get it til 20 mins later looking burnt Read more
We have not eaten at a Pizza Hut since before the pandemic. Although what seemed to be a little short handed, we were greeted... and told to have a seat where we would like, although we were not told we needed to order up at the counter. Once I got thecommunication confusion out of the way, the pizza and bottled drinks were ordered and was brought to our table in boxes, withpaper plates and wrapped utensils. A little different then what I remember before the pandemic. But we still had a nice diningexperience but didn't have to ask for a box at the end. The staff checked on us, awesome job. Read more
The service was good but it took a long time for a worker to acknowledge me and my pizza was under cooked. I've also ordered... from them multiple times and I usually just get a personal pan pizza and it's always a hit or miss but usually a miss. Iusually just order carry out, and even then I get order mix-ups and long wait times on the phone to place an order. Most of theworkers are very kind and courteous, I've just had issues with ordering, waiting in line, waiting on the phone, and ordermix-ups. Read more
Pizza Hut pizza is my favorite but today was a disappointment. We were the only customers inside at lunch time and now I know... why. Soda didn't taste right with not enough syrup, silverware wrapped in napkin was dirty and pizza crust was nowhere nearfinished. The pic demonstrates the extreme paleness, definitely not Pizza Hut standard. Brought pizza and breadsticks home tofinish baking myself. Will not return to this location. Read more
They have remodeled the inside. It looks a lot better. Our server was so sweet. They have also removed the buffet, so you order... from the menu. Our pizzas came out pretty fast as well. Those mini cinnamon rolls are delish. You get ten, but when they saymini....the mean mini lol. Read more
Got the Detroit 3 meat. Not impressed, it was okay. Pizza Hut used to be my favorite. Going to give them another try to see if... another pizza type impressed me. Read more
