This was a nice restaurant. The best part was the patio that overlooked the river and the fact that we could bring our small dog... with us. The gumbo was good, fries were good, the mini-meat pies were good, especially with the remoulade sauce. The Po-Boy?notso much. They brought the bread, shrimp and toppings separate so that my wife had to make her own. This is not the way we?reused to. Waitress was friendly and helpful. Place was quiet and attractive. 8/27/22 Came around 7 P.M. Amazingly Sweet Host! Cordial Waitress! Gumbo: 0/5 rating The sausage had a rancid taste. It also... had a taste of Carnation Milk or some sort of evaporated milk in it. It was ABSOLUTELY THE MOST DISGUSTING gumbo I ever had inLA. I asked for a cup of gumbo to start...and received a bowl of it. The presentation looked good...but that was all.
