We didn't realize what this Cafe was until we pulled in. Not your stereotypical diner. If you're going for a fast meal this... isn't for you. If you want to help kids/young adults out who are trying to stay on the right path, this place is great. Afterreading about what this Cafe is trying to do and it's mission, I'd say our meal, that was extremely cheap for a ton of food waswell worth the wait. The lunch/dinner menu changes daily and you have a couple options. We had breakfast and it was great Ithought for the price! Read more
This place is beyond AMAZING! The young lady who waited on us was super sweet. Do not sleep on this spot. The chef... Karen.....AMAZING! Food is cooked fresh and the portions are huge. I got breakfast to go and the food was great and the staff are super friendly. I would recommend.
Amazing gumbo and club sandwich, beautiful, clean dining room and outdoor seating. Friendly service and a great... community-focused mission. They even have locally produced meats and veggies for sale and a little free library in thecourtyard. We happened to stop by without knowing anything about it while driving back to Dallas.
