I just wish the dining room was open so we could sit in there to wait for our food instead of having to sit in the parking lot!

The food is always as delicious as expected. But do check your order when you get it. If it?s not right, they?ll fix it though.
IF I COULD'VE GIVEN 0 STARS I WOULD'VE!! Ordered 12 pc beyond chicken only received 6. Requested sauce... no sauce in bag. Also... ordered 2 pc. chicken with mashed potatoes and a pepper. Chicken was harder than a brick. No utensils, no pepper. Returned towindow and was told they have no utensils in the store; therefore there was nothing to eat with. Employees were very rude anddisrespectful. Requested a refund and was told I was messing up their drive through time and to pull forward. I was not movinguntil I got my refund! I have only 2 complaints. First, we were given the wrong order at the window. We always check before leaving. It was brought... to the employees attention and we were given the correct order. Secondly, since the dine in area is not open how are customerswho may have an issue with their order support to get it resolved? Are they supposed to get back in the long line of cars atthe take out window. I bring it up because I watched a lady knock on the door carrying her order. She knocked and knocked andhad not been recognized by the time she was out of my sight. Read more
My friend and I went for our lunch break from college. We waited at the counter ready to order while an employee and some other... lady chatted it up at the otherend. The employee kept looking at us and finally walked as slow as a human can down to us took myfriends order then after she paid told her they didn't have what she ordered. Once we ordered got our food it tasted like oldgrease and right now I feel like I am going to puke. I ate two pieces and I wish I would have thrown that $8 away. Read more
