Not the cold food. Not the waiting in line while drive-thru, front counter, and shift leaders talk about random non sense. Not... the fact that the people working are rude. That?s not the biggest issue here. The biggest issue is why are you refrying food andnot expediting the whole order?? I can?t get the food I paid for!? Read more

Worst Service ever! Seems like a bunch of kids working in the back behind the counter took over an hour to get 3 burgers and... fries , I got tired of waiting to place my order so I went and set in the car while the party I was with waited inside for theirfood! The young Lady working the register kept going to the back cutting up with the guys in the back making burgers while westood there for over 20mins just waiting to place an order. Once receiving their food one of the orders was incorrect but theywouldn't dare go back in and wait for any longer to get it fixed. What we thought was gonna be a short stop along our trip tookover an hour! Very Disappointing needs to focus more on their customers and getting orders out then maybe talk and cut up witheach other. Doesn't even deserve a star! Waiting in a line of 4 vehicles for 30 minutes,was told to wait at the 1st window to get a dollar... in change took 10 minutes and then got the food fries extremely salty and burgers were cold! I do not recommend getting foodhere! Read more
I was told to pull up after paying for order. Waited 30 minutes, no food. Banged on door to get employees attention because... lobby was closed and doors locked. Employees standing around doing nothing. My order wasn?t even prepared. Asked for refund andwas told they had to call a manager to get approved. Worst service ever. Did not deserve one star. I only placed one star because I couldn?t rate this location a zero. They are so unorganized at this location and they have the... worst attitudes. I made a purchase and the cashier swiped my card twice and I was charged double. I talked to a manager and athe general manager neither tried to fix the problem and they were very unconcerned because it wasn?t their money. So now I willnever go to this location again because the workers are not honest people, they lack professionalism, and they have no integrityand the food was not that great for me to have to pay double the value.
