Highly recommended seafood stop! What a lovely restaurant! Service is no frills - you order at the counter, they get the food... to your table when ready. Stuffed flounder and fried soft shell crabs were superb and impressive. Kids loved mini pizza,quesadillas, and fish and chips. Also browse through their collection of eclectic seaside themed items in the retail storesection. Update 6/4/2022: All of these years and never a disappointment with food quality and service we get here. Their food fares are... above and beyond any upscale fish house in Virginia Beach?really in this region. Even through COVID they kept it going!! Thisis definitely a visit worth your time and a definite outstanding experience! They have added new menu items and met me tell youthe crab stuffed shrimp and the mahj are out of this world! As always the seafood gumbo is a MUST have. After your delectablefood experience jump to the market and grab their spices, souvenirs, and above all the fresh seafood caught right here at theVirginia Eastern Shore!! Average food. There wasn?t a lot of scallops that came with the meal platter so I can?t imagine how many the basket includes.... The butterfly shrimp was barely fried. The Mac and cheese was cold and the coleslaw had way too much vinegar. It wasoverpowering and disgusting. The hush puppies were decent but tasted like the batter had onions in it. Read more
Worth the wait. Our food was amazing, and definitely worth the little bit of wait we had from placing our order and receiving... it. I highly recommend the she crab soup and crab cakes, the butterfly shrimp was finger licking good too. Read more
