Came to this location at 5am and ordered 2 kolaches and 2 hot glazed donuts. The items I was sold were old and the donuts they... claimed to be hot were microwaved from the day before. I do not recommend this location at all. Read more
My question is to corperate, why isn't something done about this location. We visited this location a few minutes ago on... 8-27-2022 at 9am. We got off to eat inside and notice it looked unfinished and needing some TLC. I ordered the chocolate covereddonuts and they were terrible, tasted days old. I returned them to the counter and told the lady they were very old and she wentto the back to get two more no change. There is no possible way these donuts are fresh this is terrible. As much as we love Shipley?s it pains me to write this review but I have to. The kolache was cold, the donut holes tasted like... they were from 2 days ago and were super hard and cold, and the iced vanilla coffee tasted like water downed sugar water. The kolaches here never meet the standard. The bread is always hard, feels and taste very old. Don't expect fresh donuts all the... time. Rarely warm and fresh usually old. Read more
Their old fashion / cake donuts are very small compared to all shops. All cold and a little hard. The cream filled donuts... have little to no filling. I Was not even sure which filled donut I ate. Kolache?s on the other hand were very hot and good. Read more
Went here around 8am on a week day, donut holes were already stale and the cake donuts were rock hard, couldn't be eaten. Guys... in the back were yelling and cussing and the poor girl in front looked miserable. Maybe remember there's plenty of people whounderstand Spanish in the area? Don't bother with this location, better off going to a mom and pop shop down the way. Read more
