We were warmly greeted as we entered, and our service was prompt, food reasonably priced, and very tasty to boot! A winner for... sure. We opted to sit in the dining room, which was clean and bright as, outdoor options were chairs only, no tables. We'llreturn when the craving for juicy, made to order burgers returns! Recommend. Finally tried Five Guys food today. Now I can say I've tried it. The employees seemed good enough. Hopefully they get paid well... enough. Prices are outrageous. I expected a golden experience spending darn near my whole $20 for my one meal. Sorry to say Ilike Wendy's double burger better for less money. I generally love Cajun fries hence my desperation for those bringing me intoday, sorry to say those also disappoint but they gave me enough of them for three people, too bad they were not good enough tokeep. Just disappointing to be so pricey. If I'm paying that much it better be much more impressive. Just being completelyhonest. Sad company. Doubtful will I ever return. Thankful to know now. Read more
I don?t like to leave negative remarks, so I?ll be kind. The first time I tried 5 Guys was in Savannah, Georgia. My friend... took me there and we ordered a little burger and could hardly finish it because of the big thick patty. It was really good. Itook my husband there yesterday because we were both hungry for a burger and he had never been. We ordered 2 regularcheeseburgers, 1 hotdog (we had to try one while there) regular fries and he got a drink. It was $42. Ok, times are a changing. So, we get our food and the patty was so small that I actually had just bun with a couple of bites. The hotdog was good, butthe bun was cold and too big. The fries were generous and really good. So, the prices went way up, but the burger got waysmaller. I was disappointed and I know my hubby won?t go back he?s a 2 for one guy (first and last). I have never been a fan of their burgers, but today when I took my wife here, because it's one of her favorite places. I had a... rare moment and had a bacon cheese burger. If you like 5 Guys, then this is your place. I will say their toppings are fresh andif it weren't for that, I wouldn't have put 4 stars. I would have given them 5 stars for being better than any other one I haveever been forced to go to. Their patties are so over cooked that they have no flavor to me and so thin. You can't squeeze juiceout of these babies, but I actually was okay with eating this one. They have my rare seal of approval. Most 5 guys remind me ofsomething we made ourselves when I was 10 years old and pretended we were cooks. If the other 5 Guys establishments takes a fewtips from this one it might help. Note to this one as well, though: Your buns are so thin and soggy, you'd think your pattieswere juicy, but they are not and that is very strange. GET REAL BUNS! The ones you use start falling apart halfway in to eatingthe burger! My wife loves their hotdogs and we both like the Cajun fries. I LOVE Five Guys burgers in general but this store is not my favorite. The burgers are sometimes overcooked and last time I... ordered it with A1 Sauce and there was just a few drops so the burger was overcooked and extremely dry. I know it's pricey fora little burger but they are usually so good I'm willing to splurge. At this location I am usually disappointed. Customerservice is "ok". The employees aren't really overly or underly friendly. The place is usually nice and clean. I don't thinkI'll be going back to this location simply because they don't seem to care very much about the product they are delivering tothe customer. Read more

It had been about 6 months since my last visit and the quality has went down so bad. From a 4 or 5 star to a 1 or 2 star. I... thought for 5 minutes no one was working. Finally a person appeared and once the order was taken they had to go get the cookfrom the back and he kept playing with his ear buds while cooking. The prep for the burger had to be corrected twice. Then asecond cook came from the back with no hair protection. Other workers kept coming out just to grab some frys or drinks. Thedinning room was completely dirty and it took a total of 35 minutes from entry to exit for 3 burgers and fries. So sad, thisused to be one of my favorites.
