The interior and rooftop were pretty even though the elevator to go up seemed like it was broken it eventually came down. Was... already trying to figure out another way of getting upstairs but nothing to indicate such. The waitress forgot to put in myorder after telling the food runner she had. There was 9 of us and I was the last one eating. Everyone had already finishedtheir meal by then. My friend had to ask them to change her meal 2 times and she even finished before mine was done. $75.00 downthe drain. There was nothing spectacular about the food. We asked for 9 separate checks and the waitress says she can only splitit in 4 ways. My friend asks to speak to the manager after the waitress keeps insisting there is no way in the system that sheis able to do so. The manager confirms it can be done. The waitress goes to print out 9 checks and the entire time is cursingunder her breath with the only attitude. Service to say the least needs improvement. She and the bartender were both deflated.The manager kept grabbing my friends and my plate when we were still eating out of it. I eventually got so turned off I didn'twant to eat any longer. My friend continued to eat as the manager kept coming back to try and take that plate from her. It wassuper rude and annoying. Need better training. One never hovers over a guest eating their meal and practically taking theirplate away. We were so shocked. Never will be returning here. Not worth it. Read more

Great service! Our waiter was so nice and outgoing. The food was amazing along with the drinks. I would highly recommend and a... great place to stop by and grab a bite. Finally the decor was nothing more then spectacular, not at all what I was expecting.Will definitely come back sometime if I get the chance. Read more

Zeppelin gets 4/5 stars because the vibes, drinks, and interior were amazing! I loved the designs, music, and overall look.... However, the food was pretty overpriced for the quality with the portions also being very small. I got the shrimp roll and ithad very dry bread and fairly unseasoned shrimp served with steak n shake like fries. Amazing drinks though! Go here for drinksand vibing, not so much for food. First timer here! The soft serve was delicious, we got the caramel one. Cocktails were good, nothing out of the ordinary. Plenty... of space and no wait times. Our waiter was kind of in a mood so I took one star for the awkward interactions. Other than that,this is a fun place if you’re downtown. ALSO THEY HAVE THE BEST MUSIC PLAYLIST, that’s 5/5 for sure. The place has a really classy yet comfortable vide. The service was excellent and the chef even came out to personally check on... things at one point. The bacon wraped dates and cabbage cesar were particular delights. I was here in October of 2021 and thechanges they have made really stepped up their game. Read more

First time today. The decor and outdoor patio were beautiful. The food and mimosas were delicious. Chris the manager was not our... waiter, but he was so attentive, personable, and fun. He absolutely elevated our birthday brunch experience. He was quick tostep in and help get our entire party served and consistently checked in. 10 stars for him! The French fries with chicken saltand soft serve with Dickel caramel sauce were the best things on the Sunday Brunch menu. Read more

Had an amazing birthday dinner here at sunset. The drinks and food were very good. Not too many options to select from though.... Midway through dinner, my stomach started to cramp up like crazy.
