Drive thru is entered by side street only. Restaurant is clean and pleasant help. Lunch will take 5 to7 minutes if you go in to... get served. Has the soda machine that has huge selection. It says online that it?s open until 10, but at 9 pm they were telling customers that they closed at 8:45pm. As a business owner,... I would be irate that my employees stopped taking customers when the Togo line was ten deep and a dozen people tried to come into eat before 9:15 pm and were turned away. Nice employees but better management is needed- someone who understands basic profitmargins and someone who takes pride in success building. The order was accurate but everything was over cooked. The wings had very little sauce to where you could barely tell what sauce... the wings were. Fires were almost as brown as me. And the fried white cheddar bites are dark as chicken nuggets. Do betterzaxbys and change out your grease. Read more

Ordered a Nibblerz meal (with ranch sauce instead of zax sauce), a coke with light ice and an order of cheese bites. The staff... were polite and respectful and the food was perfectly cooked (the ONLY reason I'm not rating 1 star), however, the Nibblerz hadZax sauce on them and were then drowned in ranch so they obviously tried to cover up the mistake, the cheddar bites were dry andburnt and the fries were unseasoned. Came through the drive-thru on 8/13 around 1930 and the man taking our order was so polite and professional. Everyone inside... seemed very friendly and like a good environment. Service was quick and food was good. Very refreshing experience! Read more

I've both dined in and gone through the drive through, and the reviews are correct. The employees do not pay much attention to... the customers dining in. The long wait time to order is ridiculous in comparison to the amount of people in the line. Even beingbehind 3 people will take you at least 20 minutes to place an order. The food is good, however. The chicken breast is too thick and not done all the way through. Fries was not done either ???????? Ever restaurant that makes... the Popeyes chicken sandwiche fails even Popeyes. Real cook would make that breast even so it cooks as so. Read more
