Very slow service. Ignoring people standing in front waiting. Top it off the woman working here who seems to be the manager,... claimed she couldn't take my card and had me cashapp her personally for my order. ???? idk man seems shady. I placed an order through UberEats. I had to try their new chicken sandwich and these guys absolutely nailed it! They?ve brought... the flavor of your favorite chicken wings to a sandwich, and I didn?t even have to wipe my fingers after eating it! Also - thefries are delicious! Read more

Again I am a Dasher,(I love my job with DoorDash). I had an order to pick up at this location. When I walked in I was not... acknowledged, I told them consumer name and I was told it would be 45 min wait. I contacted the consumer and let them know and Iproceeded to the restroom. It wasn't a minute later and someone banged not knocked on the ladies restroom. A young guy said,you can't use this restroom , you need to come out now. I said, I'm drying my hands I've already used the restroom and I willexit as soon as my hands are dry. He replied, "You need to come up out of there now.". I then came out was not acknowledgedagain. I asked if I'm here to pick up food and it's a long wait I'm not considered a patron and allowed to use restroom? Neverheard a peep from these kids!! It came up on 45 min and I asked about my order after recording these two young adultsrepresenting this business and they said another 15 min. This is after they served food to 21 ppl who came in and out. Even pplwho walked in and was told to place order on line only, they received their order. So after an hour the consumer contacted meand said they were cancelling the order. Bc im a Dasher I get paid per delivery. BSo after an hour I wasted (I do 6-8 dashesI'm an hour) I made half my pay bc of cxld order and we get paid half which is fair but do the math. I lost a lot in an hour,I'm not posting names but I do have video. I'm posting a pic of myself bc I know a lot of ppl may think my appearance may ofaltered their perception of me and what I may of been doing in the restroom. Read more

Really didn't want to have to leave a review but they left no choice, this is now the 3 incident I have had with this location.... I ordered 2 things for delivery and only 1 was delivered. I tried to call to get it resolved but in addition to not knowing howto read a receipt, check an order, make sure it is completed, and providing good customer service, this location also is unawareof how to answer a telephone. I left multiple messages with no returned contact. If you do order from them, make it a pick uporder so they can fix the undoubtedly messed up order or just go to a completely different location as you will only leave thisone upset and annoyed. Truly rude customer service?. As someone who has been in the service/ hospitality industry for 10+ years these people show that... they truly don?t want to be there. Chantal I think her name was was clearly the one in charge of the adolescents working thereand she was influencing them to be just as rude as her. This is worse wingstop I?ve ever been to. Is it customary for your workers to be rude. It?s a back to back then?they need better... training. Second?wings don?t come with sauces anymore, I have to pay for the sauce?extra sauce I understand but one ranch saucethat should automatically come with the food is a big deal now. *Ellison location Nashville, TN*. Soooo rude! They didn't have my order that was placed through Doordash, so I asked him... (nicely)if he could tell me if it was picked up by someone else or if it was just never received. He kept repeating, "I don'tgot your order bro." I was kind until he kept repeating it over and over and wouldn't answer that question. I reported him todoordash. Unacceptable to treat people that way. Rude and disrespectful little punk! Read more
