This is the second time I've gone into this store because I was told their food is good. And this is the second time I've been... told I have to order online because the cashier wasn't around. There was a customer dining in the dining room. So, I went toLittle Caesars next door, and got my wings. I came back out to leave, and watched a customer walk in and point out the items hewanted off the menu, and the man went to make it. Wing stop on charlotte pike makes black owned businesses look bad. They have terrible customer service and no respect for their... customers. I feel like I?m at a drug deal gone wrong every time I?ve ordered from them. My husband went inside and requested a menu. He came to the car with it. I phoned inside to place an order for the printed price... of a $7.99 combo. I was given a price of $17 plus. I went inside and was told it was aenu that had not been updated. I walkedaway without buying anything. I felt like the stated price should have been honored. I have to change my review of this place as they now have a new night crew that is awesome and polite unlike the last night... shift crew that was here and didn't care about the business at all, these guys seem to care about their job and the customersthat visit. First time ever that I have been welcomed in this restaurant and I've been coming here for 2 years and never feltwelcomed until this crew here tonight. Whoever is now running the night crew congratulations on your team, they may have a hardjob that stresses them out, but they are not showing it at all and that is a good team and a hard to find team in todaysworkforce. Good mother of God is the only phrase I have to describe Wingstop. I've never been before and by all that's holy I most... certainly won't be returning. I ordered two 8 piece wings for 15$ each which is absolutely outrageous to begin with, the waitingtime was 16-21 minutes which is reasonable but I go in to pick up my food and the cashier asks what I need and I say I'm herefor pickup and she just stares at me for 2 minutes before asking my name and the had to ask my last name because I guess shecan't read? She wasn't polite at all and just sat the bag on the counter and that was it. I took the food home and startedeating with my brother and it was the most repulsive thing I've tasted in quite some time. The chicken was undercooked, hadenough seasoning to kill a horse and was beyond dried out. The fries, oh God where should I start? They were ICE cold, hard as arock, completely soggy and tasted like they had been sitting in a fryer for a week.
