This is the second time I've gone into this store because I was told their food is good. And this is the second time I've been... told I have to order online because the cashier wasn't around. There was a customer dining in the dining room. So, I went toLittle Caesars next door, and got my wings. I came back out to leave, and watched a customer walk in and point out the items hewanted off the menu, and the man went to make it. Wing stop on charlotte pike makes black owned businesses look bad. They have terrible customer service and no respect for their... customers. Good mother of God is the only phrase I have to describe Wingstop. I've never been before and by all that's holy I most... certainly won't be returning. I ordered two 8 piece wings for 15$ each which is absolutely outrageous to begin with, the waitingtime was 16-21 minutes which is reasonable but I go in to pick up my food and the cashier asks what I need and I say I'm herefor pickup and she just stares at me for 2 minutes before asking my name and the had to ask my last name because I guess shecan't read? She wasn't polite at all and just sat the bag on the counter and that was it. I took the food home and startedeating with my brother and it was the most repulsive thing I've tasted in quite some time. The chicken was undercooked, hadenough seasoning to kill a horse and was beyond dried out. The fries, oh God where should I start? They were ICE cold, hard as arock, completely soggy and tasted like they had been sitting in a fryer for a week.
