I was really excited to see a White Castle! Couldn't wait for those awesome sliders. But I a got gross bag that was missing... food. There's not one local to me so , for me it was disappointing! Unfortunately due to covid it was only open for drive-thru.But that was only the beginning of a very unpleasant experience! I called and spoke to a manager. I was supposed to get arefund, I explained that I was on vacation, had left the immediate area, I did not receive 3 of the 8(or 10) burgers I orderedand couldn't eat the ones I got.
