My dear veterans please do not go to this restaurant to eat they are very disrespectful of veterans. The only way a person is giving more than a 1 star review, is if they are family or getting paid to do so. I have worked a block... away for the last 15 years, and I have only been to this Wendy's about 8 times. Because the customer service is worst than ANYfast food restaurant in Nashville. Don't give these people any lame pandemic excuses. They don't care about anything, let aloneyou the customer. Wendys corporate office should fire EVERYONE who works there. Went for lunch and the lady at the window was rude at first to my co-worker. Then when I spoke up about my cheese fries her... attitude got better. Now days customer service is awful. It feels like everyone just wants a pay check for being disrespectfulto customers. It's awful these days. Read more

Ordered a large fresh fry and got this not filled to the top and fries old.
This Wendy's location is absolutely terrible. They are too lazy to open the lobby half the time. The employees are beyond rude... all the time and it's a good day if I spend less than 15 minutes in the drive through. They have also made my order incorrectlymultiple times and the employees have an attitude when they are asked to fix it. Easily the worst location I've ever been to. Read more
The food at this location is not bad. It's the speed of service at this location that needs work. I'm not sure if it's lack of... employees or just the speed at which they work but the drive through and inside always seems to take awhile. Breakfast seems tomove a bit faster but not by too much. I think the key to this place is placing an order early through the app then make yourway there. I will say the employees I have dealt with there have always been friendly. Read more
