Service was friendly, quick and pretty good. Cleanliness of the restaurant could be better. Food was ok. Didn't seem all that... fresh and hot. Was not crowded or during peak hours. Read more

I am a type 1 diabetic and chose a diet Dave orange cream soda in the dinning area and my blood sugar was incredibly high(over... 500) leading to me feeling very ill and suffering. Someone should probably look into that. You could really hurt someone. Read more

Talk about GHETTO , unprofessional and lack of customer service. ???? 1. The order screen didn't show my order so that I could... make sure it was correct 2. We arrive at the pay window and the girl with blue hair is on her phone for a while before sheacknowledges we are staring at her to pay... she then says sorry about that..but no smile, no greeting...just had a "I don'tcare look" 3. We go to the pickup window (drive thru) and just a bunch of girls chilling in there. One is running around sliding???? Then they just hand us our bag like "here you go" ... and I look at my bag and my fries are upside down. What the.... Ughnever coming here again. The service I have gotten after 8pm is nothing to bring me back. I would take Wendy's burgers and nuggets over any fast food... establishment. The service I have received the last 3 visits is not on top of their game at all. When they make a mistake themanagement does not want to believe they actually did make one or even two mistakes on one $25 order. I even drove back to getthe food that was left out and get my burger made correctly. I didn't get a receipt this last visit. Did I say last visit . Yesthis is my last visit to Wendy's on Donelson Pk. The service was great the chocolate frosty was delicious but the JBC and double stack sandwiches were not up to par the beef... looked dried and old and the whole sandwich was just a dry sandwich like with no mayo or anything on it. But those fries werehot and fresh just like the commercial! Read more

Every time I come here for anything EXCEPT breakfast, the order is wrong. Ordered three different meals: a $5 Biggie Bag with a... Fanta Strawberry; a Spicy Chicken sandwich combo with no tomato, add cheese, with a Dr. Pepper; a Hot Honey Chicken with nobacon, add cheese with a Strawberry Lemonade; and two Frostys, one chocolate, one vanilla. Person at the window attempted tohand me FIVE DRINKS in ONE TRAY CONTAINER, after asking me if I needed one (there's just myself and one other adult in the car,so it should be obvious we need a drink holder). Once the food came out, I checked it all before leaving the line and realizedall three sandwiches were wrong. After finally getting the attention of the young lady at the window, I explained the problem,she apologized, took the food back, told the Manager we wanted fresh food and promptly threw the sandwiches away. Manager saidto the young lady "Why did you throw them away, I wasn't finna make em again". This was after he came to the window with themissing cheese for the sandwiches (I guess we were supposed to add that ourselves), along with bacon and tomato although Ispecifically asked for NO BACON OR TOMATO on either of the combo meals. After the manager stormed off, he yelled something atthe young lady who then asked me to pull up to wait to get my food so they could keep the line moving. Manager comes out in lessthan 3 minutes with a big smile and a bag of food, hands it to me, tells me to have a nice night. I check again before leaving:he gave me the EXACT SAME SANDWICHES OUT OF THE GARBAGE. I know they were the same sandwiches because they were all trashed andthere was onion pieces hanging off of the wrappers (none of our sandwiches had onion). Someone pulled SOME of the bacon off, butclearly left plenty, pulled the tomato off the other sandwich, but you can see the juice on the bread.
