This is one of the worst Wendy?s restaurants Iv ever seen in my life. I?m like actually impressed by how bad it is.
First time at this location and the service was great! Scoria is the perfect person for the front line cashier position. She... delivered excellent customer service, and delivered HOT and FAST food exactly as ordered. The staff here knows their customersand their customers know them. Lately every Wendy's that I go to either is closed early when I arrive, or will close while I'm sitting in the Drive-Thru. But... closing early every time! They never stay open until they're supposed to. Not just one location, every single one on theNashville area, (EXCEPT HARDING PLACE-YOU GUYS ROCK!) has not done me dirty. It's very frustrating. If you advertise that you'reopen until 11:00pm, you should be open until 11:00pm. Not 10:30. And I'm not a rude person, I don't show up 5 minutes before astore is supposed to be closed and ask them to cook something for me, give me some credit. But I also do Uber eats, and I havegotten to 2 separate stores 30-45 mins before they are supposed to close, the customer having already placed the order before Iever saw it, and they closed while I was in line and refused to give me the order they had received 30-50 mins prior. This hascost me an unknown amount of money (I'm stays to calculate all of it as it's not just wendy's) in orders that I had to cancelbecause the store would not make them and had closed early so I lost all of the time I had spent driving and waiting in linewhich could be up to 30 mins waiting & 20 mins driving. Then I also lost the money from the order as well so I end up going inthe hole rather than earning money, which is all I'm trying to do. Just earn a little money but instead employees who don't wantto work until the store is actually closed are costing me more money then I'm making at times.... Sad Read more
False advertisement! 10-8-2022 at 2:05pm. The lady taking orders encountered a group of unsupervised teenage/pre-teen boys who... were really well behaved, and pleasantly polite. But due to their age she was very rude to them. After they entered, she lockedthe doors not allowing other customers to enter. All bent out of shape that younger group came, even though the boys were sayingthings like ?thank you very much,? with no response from her. Though she was kind to my grandmother and I, that kind ofdiscrimination was uncalled for, and then locking the doors during supposed dining room hours. Very poor business practice towhere Idk if I want to come back here and support such poor customer service. Read more
Absolutely disgusted to find this place closed except for drive thru at 3:00pm on a Tuesday afternoon. Not everyone wants to use... a drive thru, and end up with cold burgers by the time they get back to their hotel. Some of us like the experience of sittingdown and eating freshly cooked food immediately after it's been made. Read more

Went there yesterday for the first time. The drive thru was down so we had to go in. It was very busy in there so we thought... we'd have to wait . The staff was great at handling everyone's orders quickly and the food was fresh and delicious! You guyshave a wonderful team! Read more
Just locked all the doors and only has 1 woman inside working the drive through. She deserves a raise and all the idiots that... just walked out despite a line full of people in the drive through and no signs or notice should be fired. Read more
