Was flat out ignored by the two employees inside the restaurant. Made sure they could see me. They continued to vape and text on... their phones. I?ve had bad service. Write but never flat out ignored. I know times are tough and employees are hard to find,but holy cow! They also had about 4 people working there and all we wanted was two frosties. I would feel embarrassed as anowner or manager having anything to do with this location. Time to make a change fellas. Read more
Ordered food through Postmates. Delivery driver pulled into our subdivision and couldn't find our house. Driver ignored our... messages and dumped our food at subdivision entrance. Someone stole it. We got a refund and reordered food. Food was deliveredbut was not what we ordered. We gave up, and will not order from them again. Read more

Understaffed. I left, no service. Initially waited in line, 4-5 cars behind..average wait before car ahead of me 20 minutes or... more..left the line and went to KFC... ????????????????????The time I arrived was after 9pm 12/2/2021....I would give a 0rating, but cant.......... Nothing has really changed. I waited about 20 minutes in line. Food and staff were good. Fries we'rehot and crispy. $5 meal filled me up. Couldn't eat it all. Still understaffed. Just close down. No one wants to work. You sit in the line for 35+ min & still no answer. They don?t want you in the lobby after... a certain time. Then, when you finally get an answer everyone has a attitude! It?s not worth the time you waste just waiting forsomeone to take an order. Read more

The food is good quality. But One time a friend and I ordered a 50 Chicken nugget meal, the workers at the time sounded and... looked very upset, and all of our nuggets were changed to spicy nuggets (nothing was said about being out of regular). Also,the Drive Thru always takes abysmally long. As I'm writing this, I've been in the line for 35 minutes behind only 4 cars. Ipulled up and ordered immediately. Bizarre that this happens almost every time I come here. Only reason I eat here is becausethe next closest Wendy's is 6 miles farther away. Read more
This Wendy's - they've basically decided that they're only going to answer the drive- thru for 1 customer at a time. 8 cars in... line. They're not taking your order until the guy in front of you has left completely. All while the dining room is locked. Read more
