Consistently closes early. Employees inside just ignore you when you drive up at 9 pm and the hours say 10 pm on the door.
Food is great but the service stinks lines are way too long and when they get long the staff there stands around playing on the... phone texting and talking so it takes 55 mins that day for me to get my phone for my kids and keep going .good was great tho Read more
It boggles the mind why someone would pay millions of dollars to buy this site and remodel it only to turn around and hire staff... that don't show up or don't want to work and lock the dining room doors in the middle of the day, meanwhile giant "we're open!"banners flap in the wind outside. Listed as open, but a company car and cones were blocking the drive thru and doors were locked with seemingly no one inside.... Don't bother coming here if they can't be bothered to serve during their listed operation hours. Read more
I worked here for two days. Was gonna stay longer but the night shift managers got drunk. Especially Promise. She was basically... spinning on place. My friend came to pick me up that night. She was so out of it she just hopped in his car, and door dinged thecar next to him because she was so drunk. Eugene, this is terrible management on you. I writing this as I am waiting in the drive thru for at least 20 mins with just two cars in front of me. I wish I could this was... the first time but it is not. This time it looks like they messed up the order of the person that is 2 cars in front of me andthey are arguing. So at least there is entertainment. Edit: I?m about 90% sure that it was a employee blocking the drive thrufor 20 mins and they were just waiting to pull off until another employee arrived. Ugh. Read more
