If I could give this place 0 stars i would. Service was TERRIBLE! This was the second time the workers are fine but the... manager?? SHE IS HORRIBLE!!! THE WORST!!! She is very rude!! Doesn?t try to figure out the problem she just starts talkin trashto you , screams at her employees and us as CUSTOMERS for doing absolutely nothing wrong!! This lady needs to be FIRED!! I was very happy to see that this location got her order correct. Almost every time I order from a Wendy's, there is always a... mistake with the order. However, this time was great because we didn't have to send any food back or wait for anothersandwich. The quality of the food was good, and it was hot. The food tasted fresh, the fries were hot, and the frosties we gotwere great. This paragraph comes with the service that we received. The person who took our order over the intercom was rushingthe order and I couldn't finish my whole order. Tell your employees that rushing customers costs the store money because wecould have paid $50 for our complete order instead of just near $30. When we received the order, we didn't get dipping saucesor ketchup packets. I've worked in the industry and know how customers can be. But, when your customers are nicer than youremployees, there's something wrong here. Read more

Well, we already know that the food is delicious. However the staff are horrible. I was merely picking up an order for a... customer and the lady on the drive thru was so rude to me. My thoughts are if you don?t like your job, find something else. Ifyou are having a bad day, take a mental health day or check your attitude at the door. The lady could have said the same thingwithout all the attitude that may have spilled over into the food. I would be too afraid to eat at this location for myselfbecause I wouldn?t want my meal to taste as bad as that lady?s attitude. If I could rate 0 stars I would. It?s not that Wendy?sdoesn?t provide food that is good; it?s the people they choose to represent them are nasty. Read more
