We visited on a busy Sunday morning. They were short staffed, but the server did an amazing job keeping up with all the orders.... It was our first time visiting a Wafflehouse. It felt like it took a longtime to get our food, but that was only because wewere seated next to open kitchen where you see how everything is made, instead of at other restaurants where the kitchen is notviewable. I visit this establishment every morning before work! The place is very clean 99% of the time but certain people on night shift... don't worry about doing their job. If you go sit in Mrs. Jills section, she is hands down the best employee they have. You willnever need for anything nor your glass ever be empty! Read more

Called to order and got a recording saying that they weren't taking Togo orders so they could better tend to customers in store.... Get there and they are only doing Togo orders through a window. Waiter was DAF asked for two sandwiches, got charged for meals.Had to repeat everything through stupid speaker vent. No rain cover or way to stay warm while ordering.
