This is definitely my Happy Place when I'm traveling. The staff was pleasant, the food was amazing, the price was great and I... never miss a chance to stop and grab a bite at Waffle House. I took my sister and my son here for breakfast before heading backhome. This is my son's junior year of college at Tennessee State University. There was no better way to feel comfort withleaving him again then sitting down and having conversation with comfort food in a place that feels like home!!!! Read more

The the older lady who was over the bathroom, maybe the manager was horrible. She denied me and other the bathroom, informed us... that the bathroom will not reopen until the 1st shift. Is that then being the case, why not close down the late night shift,seeing that she denied cooking food at that time as well. She is a terrible person threatening to take my food away it wouldn'thave been my loss but yours. Read more
Waited 15 minutes (with my 74 year old mother) for a seat which was no big deal when a seat opened up and we were next in-line... we went and sat at it only to be rudely told we needed to get back in line that others were waiting, the ?others? confirmed wewere indeed next so then we were told to get up and wait until the table was cleared, we then left after being scolded forabsolutely no reason. We then went to a different Waffle House a few miles away and we greeted by a very friendly crew and weretold to ?sit anywhere you want? even though the tables were all dirty. They cleaned the table with us there and chatted withus They got a HUGE tip. Do yourself a favor don?t go to this location. Read more
